Engagement is key, not just on your website but through social media and other marketing channels.  Making sure your UNAP (URL, Name, Address and Phone Number) is consistent across sites, having relevant packages and promotions available, and positioning your hotel in a positive light through social media and up to date images are all ways the Digital Marketing team looks to partner with your hotel.

Responding to your online reviews and asking for more positive reviews are also key to your online success.  Hotels scoring the highest on the Overall Rating in Revinate also saw RPI gains, with the top 10 hotels gaining on average 2.6 points in market share versus their compset.  Also, not just guests but potential employees also look at TripAdvisor when they are making determination about your property.  It's in your best interest to talk to guests online just as you would if they were in your lobby.
